At Adorné, every piece is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged Product Claims
- Claims for damaged items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing/package opening video is mandatory as proof for any damage claim.
- The video should be uncut and clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged item visible in the same clip.
- Claims without a proper opening video may not be accepted.
Once verified by our team, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the case.
