05. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are requested not to accept tampered or visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.

06. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* A clear unboxing/package opening video

* Order details

* Images of the issue

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened in one continuous clip.

Claims raised without a proper opening video may not be accepted.

After verification, Adorne may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at its sole discretion.
